Rachel Frederickson breaks her silence about her controversial 'Biggest Loser' win.

Rachel Frederickson sparked quite the weight debate this past week when upon winning The Biggest Loser, many viewers felt she was too thin to win. Now, Rachel is breaking her silence on the controversy surrounding her 155-pound weight loss.

The 24-year-old, 5'4" voice actress went from 260 pounds to 105 pounds (which makes her BMI below average), but Rachel assures People that she is "very, very healthy."

That being said, she does confess, "Maybe I was a little too enthusiastic in my training to get to the finale."

The NBC reality competition show does have their winner's back. "Rachel passed all the required medical tests ensuring she was healthy," says The Biggest Loser executive producer, Dave Broome. However, Frederickson's trainer, Dolvett Quince, did admit that he was "shocked" at her appearance at the finale.
