Investigators have concluded that Philip Seymour Hoffman died from an accidental overdose from multiple drugs in his system.

The New York City Medical Examiner's Office revealed on Friday that the Oscar Award winner was found to have died from acute mixed drug intoxication, from heroin, cocaine, benzodiazepines and amphetamine.

Hoffman, 46, was found dead earlier this month inside his Manhattan apartment.
