Media mogul Ted Turner has been hospitalized in Argentina.
A spokesman for the CNN founder's company Turner Enterprises would only say that the 75-year-old billionaire was hospitalized in South America and that "no further details will be provided."
But CNN's news desk tweeted that Turner was "under observation" at a hospital in Buenos Aires.
Several Argentine newspapers reported that Turner was rushed to the hospital on Friday to be operated on for appendicitis, according to Reuters.
