Paul Walker's mom claims that her granddaughter's mother has a drinking problem.
In new court documents filed on March 18, Paul Walker's mother, Cheryl Walker, asks for guardianship of the late actor's daughter Meadow, claiming that the teen's mother, Rebecca Soteros, struggles with alcohol.

The papers, obtained by ET, state that Meadow, 15, and her mom Rebecca currently live with Cheryl. Rebecca reportedly has had two DUIs with the most recent one having occurred last year.

According to his will, Paul left $25 million to his daughter and named his mother, Cheryl (not Meadow's mom, Rebecca) as the guardian of the $25 million.
Walker passed this past November after a car crash in Santa Clarita, Calif. The Fast & Furious star was 40 years old.
