Mickey Rooney had a joie de vivre 'til the very end, evident by his last interview with ET on the red carpet.
ET's Brooke Anderson caught up with the 93-year-old Hollywood legend the night of this year's Oscars, March 2, on the red carpet of the big-ticket Vanity Fair Party. Proudly introducing his son Mark and daughter-in-law to ET from his wheelchair, Mickey was all smiles as he took in another round of the glitz and glamour of Tinseltown.
"It's a thrill to be here," he smiled, then waved to the crowd.
Rooney passed away one month later on Sunday, April 6.
