There were some big Hollywood stars at the annual White House Correspondents' Dinner and we caught up with stars including Scandal star Tony Goldwyn -- who portrays President Fitzgerald Grant in the show -- and reveals his feelings on a recent visit to the real Oval Office!

"It was just surreal, you know to kind of just drink it in," Goldwyn said about his White House visit. It was amazing what the Obamas have done with it. I'd been in there 20 years ago when it was Clinton's Oval Office, but I was just kind of in awe."

Also stopping by to chat on the carpet was Orange Is the New Black star Taylor Schilling, who said the occasion was a chance for the entertainment and political worlds to merge. "I think it's cool that we all travel to DC for this, you know everybody's really carved out a second in their schedule for this event. And to support our president, I mean it feels like such an honor."

Former Smash actress Katharine McPhee said for her the opportunity was a chance to meet political players in person that she's always been fascinated with. "Often times you'll be on movie sets and you'll have politicians come and visit. When I was in New York working on Smash, there would be politicians giving us tax incentives... And they were also fascinated about how we do our jobs, but the reality is, I think there's a huge fascination with their line of work."
