After her husband Lamar Sally's court papers seeking a legal separation were revealed last week, ET has obtained Sherri Shepherd's own divorce papers exposing details of a prenuptial agreement that restricts Sally's financial compensation to a modest lump sum payment.

In the court documents filed May 6, 2014, Shepherd, 47, petitions the court to dissolve the couple's two-year marriage due to "irreconcilable differences."

Included in the papers is an exhibit citing a prenuptial agreement apparently signed between the two on August 8, 2011. In the agreement, there is a clause providing for Sally, a TV writer, to get a onetime payment of $60,000.

Shepherd is reportedly worth at least $10 million, with an annual salary from The View reported to be $1.5 million alone.

In his filing for a legal separation, Sally alleged that the prenuptial agreement is based on fraud and also indicated that he will pursue custody of an unborn child being carried via surrogate who is due in July. The prenuptial agreement cited in Shepherd's court documents does have a clause covering children, but that portion is blacked out due to laws pertaining to minors.
