"This is about sending up love to these people who have been away from their families for up to a year," said Wynonna.
The song is called Follow Me and it specifically pays tribute to the heroes featured in the documentary The Hornet's Nest.
The last time ET was with Wynonna and Cactus they were reliving the tragic event that resulted in the loss of Cactus' leg.
"He's done so well," Wynonna said of her husband. "Since we saw Nancy [O'Dell] he's been through a lot more PT. Of course it's an ongoing process."
