Justin Bieber Apologizes for Second Racist Video

Justin Bieber has apologized a second time, after a new video surfaced Wednesday of him repeatedly using the N-word and joking about joining the Ku Klux Klan in a racist parody of his hit 2009 song One Less Lonely Girl.

"Facing my mistakes from years ago has been one of the hardest things I've ever dealt with," Bieber said in a statement. "But I feel now that I need to take responsibility for those mistakes and not let them linger. I just hope that the next 14-year-old kid who doesn't understand the power of these words does not make the same mistakes I made years ago. At the end of the day I just need to step up and own what I did."

In a clip obtained by The Sun, Bieber laughs as he sings "One less lonely n*****" to the tune of the chorus of One Less Lonely Girl, and sings "If I kill you, I'll be part of the KKK, there will be one less lonely n*****."

The video was reportedly taken when Bieber, now 20, was 14 years old.

Bieber apologized Sunday after a first video of him telling a racist joke emerged.

"As a kid, I didn't understand the power of certain words and how they can hurt. I thought it was ok to repeat hurtful words and jokes, but didn't realize at the time that it wasn't funny and that in fact my actions were continuing the ignorance," he said in a statement. " ... I'm very sorry. I take my friendships with people of all cultures very seriously and I apologize for offending or hurting anyone with my childish and inexcusable mistake. I was a kid then and I am a man now who knows my responsibility to the world and to not make that mistake again. Ignorance has no place in our society and I hope the sharing of my faults can prevent others from making the same mistake in the future. I thought long and hard about what I wanted to say but telling the truth is always what's right. Five years ago I made a reckless and immature mistake and I'm grateful to those close to me who helped me learn those lessons as a young man. Once again ... I'm sorry."
