911 Call: Michael Jace Told Wife's Parents He Shot Her (AUDIO)

A 911 call released by officials Thursday reveals that The Shield actor Michael Jace notified his father-in-law that he had shot his wife.

"Okay, tell me exactly what happened," a dispatcher is heard saying during the call placed on the evening of May 19.

The next voice heard in the audio clip is the father of Jace's wife April. "My son-in-law called me, and texted me, and said come get the kids, because he shot April, our daughter." The actor's father-in-law states that at the time he placed the call he was still en route to the scene of the shooting.

The dispatcher is also heard communicating with police and indicated that officers were on their way to the scene. 

The body of April Jace was found inside the couple's home when police arrived on May 19 and Michael was arrested and taken into custody. The couple's two young sons were home when the shooting occurred. Michael Jace has been charged with murder in the killing of his wife and if convicted, could face 50 years to life in prison.
