The Ann B. Davis 911 Call

ET has obtained the 911 call placed just moments after The Brady Bunch star Ann B. Davis fell and hit her head.

The man who placed the 911 call asked the operator to send "someone quickly," revealing that there was "quite a bit [of blood] on the floor" after the fall that eventually led to Davis' passing.

The actress, best known for her iconic performance as the housekeeper Alice Nelson on The Brady Bunch, passed away on Sunday, June 1, at the age of 88.

She died in a hospital in San Antonio, Texas at approximately 7:30 a.m. on Sunday. According to CNN, Davis slipped and fell in the bathroom at her home and hit her head, causing serious trauma. She was rushed to the hospital but reportedly suffered a subdural hematoma, and never regained consciousness.

Funeral plans have not yet been made public, but the ceremony is reportedly being arranged by friends from Davis' church in Texas.
