Forget Indiana Jones! Is Robert Pattinson campaigning to star in Magic Mike 2?
The Twilight heartthrob joined his Rover co-star Guy Pearce on Tuesday's Good Morning America, and when asked asked to elaborate about how he said he wanted an acting career like Pearce, the 28-year-old actor joked that he actually wanted his "side career as a male stripper."
The joking quickly went to doting as Pattinson gushed over his talented co-star. "Guy is essentially a leading man, and he's had an incredibly interesting character actor career," he told Lara Spencer.
Pearce, 46, quipped, "I'd be pretty happy with Rob's career as well, to be honest." The Rover is in theaters now.
