Casey Kasem Memorial Service Details

Casey Kasem's children Kerri, Mike and Julie Kasem will hold a private memorial service for the radio icon's family and friends on Saturday, June 21, 2014, his family said in a statement Wednesday.

The location will not be revealed in order to ensure privacy for the ceremony.

No word yet on if Kasem's wife, Jean Kasem – who is involved in a very public feud with three of Kasem's children -- will be present at Saturday's event.

ET learned Tuesday that Kerri will not keep Jean from planning the funeral, and will abide by the terms of the will, but that Jean "absolutely does not believe her."

Kasem passed away at St. Anthony's Hospital in Gig Harbor, WA early Sunday morning, surrounded by his children, close family and friends. He was 82 years old.

No cause of death was given, though Kasem suffered a long battle with dementia and Parkinson's Disease.
