Officials suspect that dehydration, alcohol and the ecstasy-based drug Molly could be to blame for the chaos.
"You can clearly tell that some people might have been overly intoxicated, or perhaps might have been on other illegal substances," said Ben Esakof, who was an eyewitness at the concert.
