One year ago, beloved Glee star Cory Monteith died tragically at the age of 31 leaving many shocked and devastated in the wake of his passing. Now, a year later, ET Canada's Rick Campanelli sat down with Cory's father Joe Monteith to discuss what life has been like since the tragedy. Joe and Cory had been estranged for several years, but had begun talking again a few years before his death. However, according to Joe, Cory's mother - and Joe's ex-wife - never shared funeral plans, and Joe was unable to attend. "I didn't get to go to his viewing, which, it would have meant a lot," Joe said. \nRELATED: Stars React to Cory Monteith's Death\n However, in recent weeks, Cory's mother had extended an olive branch to Joe, offering to send him some of Cory's belongings.
