Say what you want about Justin Bieber, but the kid is not shy about putting his fame and fortune towards a good cause.

Giving fans a glimpse of himself contrary to the bad boy persona that he's perpetuated as of late, Bieber, 20, posted a photo of himself in a FaceTime chat with 17-year-old Pakistani education activist Malala Yousafzai.

"Just got to FaceTime with Malala Yousafzai," Bieber wrote on Instagram. "She has such an incredible story. I can't wait to meet her in person and talk about how I can support her and the @malalafund. #love"

In 2012, Yousafzai, then 15, was shot by the Taliban for letting the world know about the oppression being faced in her country and voicing her opinion about the rights of girls to have an education.

Yousafzai has met with President Barack Obama, Queen Elizabeth II and many other dignitaries, but she still shares many of the same interests as other girls her age. She told CNN's Christiane Amanpour that she is a fan of Justin Bieber during an interview last year.

Charity has been a big part of Bieber's career from the beginning. According to CNN, Bieber has helped the Make-A-Wish Foundation grant the wishes of more than 200 children.
