The case stems from an arrest made in January. According to a police report, investigating officers said Bieber was estimated to be speeding at between 55-60 mph in a residential zone with a 30 mph limit.

Bieber has pleaded guilty to a civil traffic infraction of careless driving and a misdemeanor for not following an officer's orders. As a part of the plea deal, Bieber has already made a $50,000 charitable donation that will go to an organization chosen by the DA's office.

As part of the careless driving misdemeanor charge, Bieber will also have to watch videos of real life DUI cases.

Bieber's friend R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff, who was also arrested in the incident, is expected to get a similar plea deal, according to The Miami Herald. Sharieff was driving a Ferrari on the same street as Bieber that night.

This news comes after last month's no contest plea to egging and vandalizing his neighbor's house. Bieber was placed on probation for two years and ordered to complete community service, take anger-management classes and pay restitution to his neighbor.
