TODAY
show fans have gone on a nine-month journey with co-anchor Savannah Guthrie during her pregnancy, and now it's time to meet her baby girl!

Vale Guthrie Feldman was born early Wednesday, August 13, and TODAY points out that "like her mom, she is apparently a morning person!" The bundle of joy weighed in at 8 lbs. 5 oz., and measured 19.5 inches long.

"I think we found heaven in this little hospital room in New York City," Guthrie, 42, gushed, adding that her daughter "has blue eyes, a little bit of blondish hair and the chubbiest cheeks you've ever seen."
