Pregnant Carrie Underwood Is an Adorable Crier

Call it the pregnancy hormones, but Carrie Underwood is crying tears of joy.

When the country singer accepted the Gene Weed Special Achievement Award at the 8th Annual ACM Honors in Nashville, she couldn't help but tear up.

Accepting the award, Carrie said, "I was getting misty-eyed sitting in the audience. I had all kinds of stuff to say, you guys, and it's all gone. I am so honored and so thankful and so blessed."

The 31-year-old singer made light of her emotions after accepting the award saying on Instagram, "Had such a great night at the ACM Honors! Now everyone can go back to making fun of me for crying during my speech!"

During a performance this past weekend, Underwood's baby bump was in full view.

She and husband Mike Fisher, 34, announced that they are expecting their first child on September 1 "in honor of Labor Day."
