However, some sites are claiming the reality star got a tummy tuck and boob job before showing off her beach body. After all, she did just give birth to twins this past November.

This isn't the first swimsuit shot Zolciak has shared. About two months ago, she was flaunting her bikini body with some more mirror selfies.
