Jon Hamm, Kerry Washington, Questlove and Mayim Bialik are among the stars showing their support for this campaign in a new PSA called "It's On Us." Vice President Joe Biden leads this cause that the Obama administration describes as a "new public awareness and action campaign designed to prevent sexual assault at colleges and universities, change the culture on our campuses and better engage men in this effort."

"It's On Us" is encouraging people to sign a pledge that they will agree (in part) "to recognize that non-consensual sex is sexual assault," "to recognize that non-consensual sex is sexual assault" and "to intervene in situations where consent has not or cannot be given."

"It's on us to do something, anything, to keep an assault from happening," says Hamm in the PSA.

"It's on us to recognize that if someone doesn't or can't consent, it's rape," says actress Rose Byrne.

"It's on us to never blame the victim" says Questlove.
