Hewitt, now on 'Criminal Minds,' flashes back to 'Party Of Five' and 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' reboot.

Jennifer Love Hewitt has been acting since she was a child appearing in TV commercials and Disney Channel's Kids Incorporated and shot to fame as Sarah Merrin on the popular teen drama Party of Five nearly 20 years ago.

"It's crazy!" she said, of the Fox series' milestone anniversary. "I feel very old all of a sudden."

The young star was only 16-years-old when Party of Five premiered in 1995 and told us that working on the show was a "really amazing time" in her life.

"I think it was very helpful for me as a teenager because I was so angsty on the show that I never, I was too tired by the time I got home to actually do any of that stuff in real life so my mom had it made," she says.

But it was Hewitt's role as Julie James in the 1997 slasher flick I Know What You Did Last Summer that solidified her career. Deadline recently reported that Sony is rebooting the film.

"I'm curious to see if they do the same characters or different characters," she said of the potential remake. "I keep thinking that they're going to call me and ask me to play the kid's mom-- but I'm going to be like, 'I'm not that old yet!'"

When asked whether she would consider a role in the new film, the 35-year-old said, "It depends on what it is, but sure, I think that would be really fun."

These days you can find Jennifer as the cast of Criminal Minds on CBS. She stars as Kate Callahan, a seasoned undercover agent who has landed a coveted position with the Behavioral Analysis Unit.
