Abby Lee Miller has been hit with an assault suit.

Abby Lee Miller might want to take a softer approach when teaching. The reality star, no stranger to controversy, has been hit with another lawsuit, in which she's being accused of assault by one of the teenage participants of her Lifetime show Dance Moms.

The suit was filed in L.A. Superior Court on Tuesday by 13-year-old Paige Hyland. “Defendant Miller intentionally engaged in conduct that caused Plaintiff Paige Hyland to reasonably believe that she was about to be touched or harmed in an offensive manner,” the complaint reads.

"Paige Hyland reasonably feared she would be physically injured because she had observed Miller physically batter other people on the show including physically pushing [Paige's mother] Kelly Hyland’s face, pinching another student until she bled and violently grabbing another student by the arm," the document continues.

Paige is seeking an unspecified "economic and special damages according to proof at trial" of more than $25,000.

The complaint goes on to detail another instance when Miller was allegedly harmful towards Paige, saying, "Miller even tossed a chair during a confrontation with Paige, while Kelly Hyland was not present, causing Paige to run from the room terrified as she feared she would be physically injured by Miller."

This will be the second lawsuit Paige has filed against Miller. The Hylands-- Paige, her mom and sister Brooke-- filed a $5 million complaint against Miller and producers of Collins Street Entertainment in February for defamation, emotional distress and breach-of-contract. LA Superior Court Judge Ruth Kwan has yet to make a final decision on the suit.

"Miller is paid to be abusive and bullying to her students and provoke arguments with the mothers in front of the children,” reads the six-page complaint.

The family's February complaint also calls out an incident that aired on Dance Moms. An argument erupted on November 22, 2013 between Miller and Kelly over the “bullying and insulting” Paige and her sister Brooke were allegedly victims to by Miller. As her daughters watched, Kelly screamed at Miller, which led to the reality star lunging forward at Kelly and slapping her.

Back in July, Miller opened up to ET about the first lawsuit, and the "unfortunate" slapping incident.
