Blake Lively may just be the cutest pregnant lady.
Less than a week after announcing her pregnancy, actress Blake Lively is sharing another "bringing up baby" photo!
On her web site Preserve, she says, "With a new baby on the way there is so much to do! But before experiencing the joy of 3am screams, seemingly impossible amounts of poop and having a favorite shirt covered in reflux…there are presents to open, onesies to dye, there is cake to serve, advice to be shared and all around celebration to be had."

Lively, 27, is expecting with actor and husband Ryan Reynolds, 37. This will be the first child for them. The two have been married since 2012.
