Oprah Winfrey has some questions for former Glee star Charice Pempengco after seeing her new look.

Oprah reunites with Charice -- whom she discovered during her days as a daytime talk-show host-- on the upcoming episode of Oprah: Where Are They Now?, airing Sunday at 9 p.m. on OWN. The Queen of Talk had not seen the singer since their 2010 interview and upon witnessing her new persona, Oprah flat out asks, "Were you thinking about transitioning to becoming a male?"

At that time, Charice also admitted that she was estranged from her family. "But to those who can accept me, thank you very much," she said. "We are all equal, whether you are gay or straight."
