Blake Lively: It's Hard To Get Dressed 'With A Watermelon As A Stomach'

Former Gossip Girl star Blake Lively was absolutely glowing on the red carpet of the God's Love We Deliver Golden Heart Awards Thursday night, and it wasn't just the shimmer coming off her gorgeous golden gown.

Blake's showed off her ever-growing baby bump in the form-fitting, floor-length Michael Kors gown that she paired with Lorraine Schwartz jewels. This was her first red carpet appearance since she announced that she was expecting earlier this month.

The 27-year-old actress stopped to talk to ET, and admitted that she's had some challenges walking the red carpet while pregnant.

"It's very different getting dressed with a watermelon as a stomach," Lively said, laughing. "I'm wearing Michael Kors, and Lorraine Schwartz and Christian Louboutin shoes. They make you feel pretty. ...I feel a lot better than when I woke up this morning."

Blake announced she and her husband (and Green Lantern co-star) Ryan Reynolds, 37, are expecting a child by posting a photo to her lifestyle website on October 6, showcasing her baby bump.
