Kate Middleton reveals a tiny baby bump.

Stunning as usual!

Kate Middleton, 32, made her highly anticipated first public appearance since announcing her second pregnancy in September, at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday. Kate and Prince William were there to welcome the President of Singapore, Tony Tan Keng Yam, and his wife Mary, on the first day of their four-day visit to the country.

Kate, who's currently four months pregnant, looked radiant in a grey plaid Alexander McQueen coat and a matching Jane Taylor hat, accessorizing with a simple black clutch and black heels. The slim Kate showed just a hint of a baby bump.

On Monday, Kensington Palace revealed that Kate and William will be expecting the birth of their second child in April 2015, which also marks the month of their fourth wedding anniversary. They also gave an update on Kate's condition -- she's suffering from Hyperemisis Gravidarum (extreme morning sickness), just like her first pregnancy with Prince George -- sharing that she's "steadily improving."

Kate was charming as ever during her return to royal duty.

"I've been looking forward to getting out of the house," the Duchess of Cambridge joked with the Singaporean President, according to Us Weekly. "It's a bit colder than when we last met."

Kate and Will visited Singapore during their 2012 Asia-Pacific tour.
