This is a photograph of Benedict Cumberbatch:
OR IS IT? Is this the REAL Benedict Cumberbatch?
Or is THIS a photo of the real Benedict Cumberbatch?
Madame Tussauds unveiled their Benedict Cumberbatch wax statue in London and, unlike the monstrosities that usually result from entrapping a celebrity’s likeness in wax, it looks eerily, eerily realistic. Maybe we’ll never know which is real and which is fake. (Just kidding: The first is wax, the second is real, the third is wax, the forth is real, so on and so forth. We didn’t try too hard to trick you.)
Cumberbatch says of the statue, "What a weird and wonderful compliment to be included in the ranks of those already committed to wax. I've been accused of being wooden in my work but never waxy."
