ET's Nischelle Turner caught up with Ben and Jen at the Save The Children gala, where they revealed what they're thankful for this holiday season.

"I'm thankful for my children, and their health, and for my wife, who does great work," said Ben, who was a guest of honor at the night's event thanks to his charitable work in Africa. "And I'm thankful for the many, many blessings that my career has brought me… you know, sometimes there's stuff about it that's inconvenient or difficult, but it's important to remember the gifts."

Ben's wife, who serves on the Save The Children board of trustees, had some slightly broader, yet undeniably important, things that she was thankful for.

"I'm thankful for access to medical care, I'm thankful that there are books in my home, I'm thankful that my kids are warm enough, the list is endless," the 42-year-old actress told ET, drawing attention to the plight of families who might not have those basic necessities, a cause which her foundation is dedicated to.
