Britney Spears' new beau seems to be fitting in nicely with her family.
Last month, the 32-year-old "Work B**ch" singer confirmed that she was dating 31-year-old writer and producer Charlie Ebersol. By the end of November, the two were already spending the holidays together and he was hanging with her sons.

Spears posted an Instagram pic of her in the arms of Ebersol as the couple frolicked on the beach with her boys, Jayden and Sean. She captioned the image: "So grateful for family time this weekend. My boys!"
The pop princess broke up with her longtime boyfriend David Lucado at the end of the summer, and seems to have happily moved on with her new guy.
Ebersol is the son of former NBC Sports chief Dick Ebersol, and besides co-founding The Company -- an entertainment business that creates TV shows like USA's The Moment and TNT's The Great Escape -- he's also a filmmaker. In 2006, he produced and edited Ithuteng (Never Stop Learning), a 2006 documentary about at-risk youth in South Africa.
