Is Sarah Palin in the dog house?
On the first day of 2015, Sarah Palin posted an inspirational message with a photo of her son Trig, but it wasn't posted without some controversy.
The former governor of Alaska posted three pics of her son Trig, 6, with a "step forward" message.
Trig has Down Syndrome, and she captioned the shot, "May 2015 see every stumbling block turned into a stepping stone on the path forward."

The issue with the "stepping stone," however, was that it was their dog, and using the pet as a stool made animal activists angry.
With over 65,000 likes and more than 21,000 comments, many took issue with her post and saw it as animal abuse. It has been two days, and Palin has yet to respond.
The 50-year-old is no stranger to sharing personal photos that stir up conversation. Back in September, she posted pictures of herself sweating "for free" on Facebook after seeing photographers at her hot yoga session.
