Nicholas Brendon is in trouble with the law again.

After being charged with resisting officers and malicious injury to property at a hotel in Boise, Idaho, in October, Brendon was arrested in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. on Tuesday for reportedly drunkenly trashing his Hilton hotel room and then refusing to pay his $380 food and beverage bill. According to People, authorities say that after getting drunk and causing $450 worth of damage to his room, he ended up asleep in a hotel employee's office. He was charged with grand theft and criminal mischief.

The 43-year-old former Buffy the Vampire Slayer star was in town for Shock Pop Comiccon.

The actor has admitted to mixing prescription medication and alcohol in the past, when he apologized for his October arrest.

"For the past 5 days, I have been taking prescription pain medication to help me manage a cyst behind my knee cap …. I made the poor decision to mix this prescribed medication with alcohol," he explained on his Facebook page at the time. "The result was embarrassing and unacceptable. I intend to seek appropriate treatment and therapy for my medical ailments as well as my emotional demons."

2015 already hasn't been the best year for the Criminal Minds star.

On Feb. 12, his rep announced that he split from his wife Moonda Tee just five months after tying the knot in Las Vegas.

"We know that there will be rumors and gossip, but we ask that Nick’s privacy be respected during this difficult time," the Facebook statement read. "Things like this are never easy."
