Kerry Washington, John Legend Show Support for Michelle Obama's #GimmeFive Campaign

Kerry Washington, John Legend, Viola Davis and more shared how they stay fit as First Lady Michelle Obama's Let's Move campaign turns five.

It's been five years since First Lady Michelle Obama launched her Let's Move! campaign. Since its inception, celebs as notable as Beyonce have shown support for the campaign and ET got the stars to dish on how they stay fit.

In a YouTube video posted Monday, Mrs. Obama and President Barack Obama announced the #GimmeFive movement, asking kids, parents and celebs to give ways to be healthy. Aisha Tyler, John Legend, Kerry Washington, Olivia Munn and Viola Davis spilled some of their health tips to ET.

"I have a cup of coffee and I do 25 kettlebell swings," Tyler said. "It gets my heart pumping. It's a full-body exercise -- gets me ready for my day."

"I try to exercise all the time," Legend said." "I box a little bit. I lift weights. I run a bit."

"I do my Olivia Pope strut every day," Washington joked. "No, I usually do a lot of pilates and sometimes hiking and all different kinds of stuff."

"I've decided this year to finally just get down to a good workout routine and a good healthy eating habit, so that it's no longer a diet or a moment," Munn said. "It becomes my lifestyle."

"I would say my go-to is the elliptical," Davis said. "The elliptical and kettlebells -- that's it! And running after my 4-year-old little girl [Genesis] who now runs faster than me. There you go!"

According to their website, Let's Move! is a comprehensive initiative dedicated to solving childhood obesity within a generation by giving parents helpful information and fostering environments that support healthy choices.
