After a series of emotional tweets and an ongoing disagreement with Bobbi Kristina Brown's family, Nick Gordon agreed to sit down with Dr. Phil and face his issues head on.

On Wednesday, March 11th, Dr. Phil will conduct an "emotionally charged intervention" with Gordon, 25, and offer him guidance as, according to the show's press release, he "battles drug and alcohol addiction."

Gordon's mother, Michelle, also joins her son as he talks about what he's been going through since he found Bobbi Kristina unresponsive in a bathtub this past January. The press release claims Gordon has had "severe pain, mental anguish and panic attacks" since the incident. He is also expected to elaborate on the death of Whitney Houston that occurred three years ago.

"As we sit here right now, my son's life hangs in the balance," his mother tells Dr. Phil. "When Whitney [Houston] was found, he administered CPR to her and called me as he was standing in front of her saying, ‘Mom, why couldn't I do it? I couldn't get air into her lungs.'"
