A whole community in Istanbul, Turkey learned sign language to surprise their neighbor, Muharrem, as part of an ad for Samsung, who is launching a video call center for the hearing impaired. Yes, it's an ad, but this is another one of those advertisements you don't want to skip. Just watch:
