Speaking with Sway in the Morning on Sirius XM Radio, Rossum revealed that when Bieber first moved in, she went over to welcome him to the neighborhood, and it didn't go quite how she expected.
"I'm not going to do that again, because he has like a ton of bodyguards, and they are really scary," Rossum said. "I saw [Justin]. He pulled up in his Bentley and then he just went inside."
Rossum revealed that she didn't even get to say hello, because the "Boyfriend" singer was too busy rapping as he walked from his car to his house.
