Paul Walker's
estate filed a lawsuit Friday in the Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging that the estate of the late Roger W. Rodas has failed to return cars that were owned by Walker prior to his sudden death.

Rodas was behind the wheel when both he and Walker died in a sudden car crash in Nov. 2013. The lawsuit claims that the family demanded the return of the actor's vehicles, which were in Rodas' posession, but Rodas' estate refused.

The document goes on to allege that Rodas sold vehicles that were partially and/or wholly owned by the Fast & Furious actor but did not share the sales money with Walker.

The lawsuit is asking for the return of 17 cars, including a 1969 Ford Mustang and a 2010 Audi R8.

A trial jury has been requested to clear up this legal matter.
