J.K. Rowling Has Perfect Response For Fan Who 'Can't See' Dumbledore As Gay

The 'Harry Potter' author continues to be the best person ever.

J.K. Rowling continues to be our favorite author and/or person ever.

In response to a since-deleted tweet from a fan questioning how Dumbledore was gay when she personally "can't see" him that way, the Harry Potter author offered a perfect, concise response.

"Maybe because gay people just look like... people?" Rowling responded.

The message was well received among Dumbledore's fans and to be fair, the fan who sent the original tweet as well, who has since deleted the tweets, but responded, "Amazing answer... Yes you are absolutely right. Such an inspiration!!!"

This is not the first time Rowling has responded to critics of Dumbledore's sexuality, and in fact has revealed that Dumbledore was not alone at Hogwarts. In response to a fan who tweeted "It's safe to assume that Hogwarts had a variety of people and I like to think it's a safe place for LGBT students" with this amazing photo:

As if it's not enough that she basically inspired our whole childhoods, she's continues to be such an inspiration today as well.
