Derek Hough Sets a New Standard for Abs
Derek Hough is on fire, and it's not just because of his dancing.
In his latest snap posted on Tuesday, the Dancing With the Stars pro shows off his body and is leaving us all in awe over those abs.
Reactions from girls look like this with emoticons of fires, eyes and hearts, some all at once.
Derek keeps up his body in "cryotheraphy," a therapy used to treat benign and malignant tissue damage using low temperatures. It's supposed to decrease pain and spasm and promote the constriction of blood vessels.

The 29-year-old is not the only one using freezing for wellness using cyro health care.
Lindsay Lohan also used the therapy on Easter. She captioned this pic, "Freezing our way into spring chickens," and wrote that it was -230 degrees Fahrenheit in there.
