When it comes to her billion-dollar empire, the Honest Company, Jessica Alba is not always the nicest boss.

Featured on the cover of More magazine, the 34-year-old Sin City star shared that she's all business when work needs to get done. "Sometimes I'm a little more iron fist than velvet glove," Alba admits. "I'm straight to the point. I've made people cry."

Standing by her leadership practices, the actress believes that sometimes showing tough love is necessary, but she's working on being a bit more understanding.

"I have to say, 'This isn't personal,'" she continues. "'This is what needs to get done, and it's just as simple as that. And …we're not crying anymore.' I'm learning to tone myself down."

While we'd love to see her back on the big screen, Alba seems pretty happy at the office. "Content is good because I wasn't always," she reveals. "I was kind of unsatisfied and angsty. It's nice shedding the angst."
