The singer is keeping a good sense of humor after falling in her sky-high heels and injuring her ankle during a performance at her Las Vegas show on Wednesday.
On Friday, Spears posted this pic of herself on the mend with a foot brace and her own spin on Nancy Sinatra lyrics.

Although her performances on Friday and Saturday were canceled, Spears promised a comeback and rescheduled shows.
