He's still got it.

Jean-Claude Van Damme stopped by Conan on Monday, when he blessed us all with a recreation of his unforgettable dance with two ladies in his 1989 film Kickboxer.

The now 54-year-old actor was game enough to revisit the dance on his talk show appearance, complete with two villains who also recreate the film's fight scene with him!

The star, clearly still in amazing shape, also confirmed that there will be a new Kickboxer sequel.

"By the way we're going to do a Kickboxer 2 with [Dave] Bautista, GSP [UFC star Georges St.-Pierre], Alain Moussi -- all good actors," he said. "It's gonna be a cool movie."

Kickboxer
told the story of Kurt Sloane (Van Damme) who learned the ancient kick boxing art of Muay Thai in order to avenge his brother. Though the film had a sequel in 1991 -- Kickboxer 2: The Road Back -- it revolved around Kurt's brother David (Sasha Mitchell) and didn't feature Van Damme.
