Looks like there's absolutely no genre of music Ed Sheeran can't soften up with his super-sweet singing voice!

The 24-year-old British crooner made a guest appearance on Monday's The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where he gamely covered hardcore hits like Limp Bizkit's classic "Break Stuff" and Iron Maiden's "Run to the Hills."

"Do you enjoy the morbid and disturbing themes of heavy metal music, but wish that it had a more cheerful, pleasant sound?" Fallon as "Steve Joshua" asks in a hilarious fake commercial for Ed Sheeran Sings Heavy Metal. "Pop music's cherub-faced troubadour sings 25 of the darkest, most skull-crushing songs ever written."

But the highlight of the sketch is actually when Ed tries his hand at "hardcore rap," singing Ty Dolla $ign's "Paranoid." Even Ed can't stop laughing while singing lyrics like, "Both of my b**ches drive Range Rovers/None of my b**ches can stay over/Both my b**ches look good as f**k/Your b**ch look like a booga wolf."

During his interview with Fallon, the "Photograph" singer also discussed his friendship with Beyonce and Jay Z. The superstar couple was front-row at his May 31st show at Brooklyn's Barclays Center.

"I grew up listening to them, and then suddenly I was sitting across the seat, eating a slice of pizza, like, 'Alright, what's going on?'" he says about surprisingly taking Bey and Jay to eat pizza and "do some shots" at a dive bar his friend owns after the show. "They're the coolest, coolest people. They're just open to whatever."
