The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards has reportedly returned to rehab after leaving to attend her daughter Brooke Brinson's wedding in Mexico.

A source tells E! News that the reality star has been in a new treatment center for the past few days.
Richards entered rehab for the fourth time in April after being arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel for intoxication. Days before her rehab stint, she stormed out of an interview with Dr. Phil after becoming increasingly uncomfortable with his questions about her arrest.
"I'm a very strong person and I have been sober," Richards told Dr. Phil. "I haven't been working a program. Living through a season on a show -- sometimes it's hard to just get through it. The fans are really hard on me."

Before abruptly leaving the interview, Richards did take responsibility for her actions, saying, "I poured a drink of vodka, and I thought, 'Oh my God, what have I done?' … I knew what I had done. The whole night is my fault."
