The $414,588 judgment was imposed after Teresa and her husband pleaded guilty last year to fraud charges. The 39-count indictment filed in July 2013 included bank fraud, mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud.

The couple will also have to give up half the rent from a home in Lincoln Park, N.J., as well as the furnishings of the couple’s home in Towaco, N.J., according to the filings.

Teresa is currently serving her 15-month sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Conn. While she is away, Joe is taking care of the couple's children -- Gia, 14, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 5. Joe will begin his 41-month sentence when Teresa is released.
