“Who doesn't love a waist trainer?”

Those are the words you’ll hear Kim Zolciak say on Instagram as she promotes one of the latest celebrity trends, waist-training.

ET caught up with the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star at her home to find out more about how she waist trains, and she fired back at those who are claiming her pics are Photoshopped.

"There's a lot of haters, and a lot of people said I Photoshop my picture so I finally just did a video, because you can't Photoshop video, to finally shut people up," Zolciak said. "It frustrates me."

"Sooooo I made a video since most of you think I Photoshop my pics! I don't cause I don't need to!" she wrote on her Instagram. "I have horrible posture (carrying the twins did me in) and it really helps that too at least for me. I recommend the waist trainer because it works so well for me and I like to share with you guys what products I love since there are so many out there!"

The 37-year-old mother of six also used Instagram to share that she lost four inches off her waist, crediting waist-training for helping her. Although she said she didn't start out as a paid spokesperson for the brand, she is receiving compensation now.

Just two days ago, she included a promo code for her followers to receive 15 percent off after captioning a pic of her in a waist-trainer, "Lost 4 inches from wearing my waist trainer from @nowaistclique."

Zolciak told ET that she has been waist-training for about three and a half months, revealing that she wears her waist-trainer for five hours a day – a practice she admitted makes her sweat "profusely."

And yet, she isn't afraid of the hidden dangers associated with waist-training. "I have not gotten a varicose vein, have not had acid reflux, not had any issues whatsoever," she said.

While she may not have any medical complications, Yahoo! Health warns that wearing the undergarment can result in serious risks including acid reflux, the bruising of bones, oxygen shortage, problems with blood clots, harming of the spleen and trouble to the kidneys.

A New York City-based internist Holly Phillips, M.D., also gave fair warning about how waist-trainers may not give you those same Zolciak results.

"Wearing a corset won’t make you lose fat around your waist," she told Yahoo Health. "What is a myth is that you can change your bone structure by wearing them. For [adult] women, your bones are formed. You can bruise them and harm them, but you can't change them."

Zolciak isn't the only celebrity who is in on the waist-training trend. Check out the video below to see who else is cinching their waist below.
