In anticipation of Colbert's debut on the late-night CBS program, a sign was put up to promote Angelo's Pizza, which is located next door to the studio. This is after all the marquee location that once announced The Beatles first televised American appearance. This is just one of many stunts Colbert has pulled off in lead-up to his new hosting gig. Just last week, he hosted a public access show in Monroe, Mich. and interviewed rapper Eminem.
