Taylor Swift once again extended a helping hand to a young fan.

Naomi Oakes was diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia in late June, and due to her aggressive treatments to battle the disease, the 11-year-old Swiftie will have to miss the "Shake It Off" singer's show in Phoenix, Arizona on Aug. 18.

In an effort to get Swift's attention, Naomi posted a YouTube video of her lip-syncing to "Bad Blood" and asking the artist to post a #TeamNaomi message to Instagram.

Swift did her one better, and just two days after the video was posted, the 25-year-old GRAMMY winner donated $50,000 to Naomi's Go Fund Me page that was set up to help cover her medical expenses.

"Beautiful and bright Naomi, I'm sorry you have to miss it but there will always be more concerts," Swift said in a note that her fan read aloud in a new video. "Let's focus on getting you feeling better. Sending the biggest hugs to you and your family."

Overwhelmed by the contribution, Naomi and her relatives responded, "Thank you Taylor Swift. You're an amazing caring person, and our family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts."

Helping Naomi with her health battle is surely a cause dear to Swift's heart. In April, she revealed that her mother, Andrea Finlay, had been diagnosed with cancer.
