While Broad City getting overlooked by the Television Academy for the second year in a row is RIDICULOUS, one small silver lining is that because of it, we got to witness star Abbi Jacobson deliver perhaps the best snub response that will ever happen.
The 31-year-old actress-writer-comedian tweeted, "Who do you have to peg in this town??!"
