The singer and fashion icon gets a posthumous deal with MAC.

Twenty years after Selena's untimely death at the hands of a crazed super-fan, the iconic Queen of Tejano is still as relevant as ever -- she currently boasts 35,000 Twitter followers and 2.7 million Facebook fans! In honor of her bad-ass beauty, MAC Cosmetics is unveiling their #MACselena line, which will be available in late 2016. (Can it please be sooner?!)

MAC Selena will be a multi-product, limited-edition color collection that's sure to get Selena devotees and makeup enthusiasts alike excited.

NEWS: Selena Might Be Going on Tour

"Like the legend herself, Selena Quintanilla's fans are an inspiration to us all for their love and enthusiasm," the makeup brand stated across their social media platforms today. "It's happening!"

In 1994, just one year prior to her murder, Selena began designing and manufacturing a line of clothing, opening two boutiques called Selena Etc. in Texas. Both were equipped with in-house beauty salons, and she was in negotiations to open more stores in Mexico and Puerto Rico. The heights the obviously entrepreneurial singer could have hit are unknown, but we're glad a company is still willing to get on board with her vision and dreams, even posthumously.
